The History Centre has a number of other records relating to insolvency, which have primarily come through the Quarter Sessions. These include oaths taken by insolvent debtors at C CQD/2 (1806-1812); various papers relating to insolvent debtors, including petitions and schedules at C CQI (1748-1812) whilst the draft minutes for the Quarter Sessions and adjourned sessions (1747-1827) at C CQM also contain records relating to insolvency.
