A Bond entered into by Edward Wilson of South Street Cottingham as surety for Henry Dickinson and the charge for securing the repayment of any monies which he might be called upon to pay under the Bond.
A memorandum dated 14 Nov 1890 states that at that time Mr Wilson still stood on the Rolls of the Manor of Cottingham Richmond as being admitted as tenant under the mortgage from Robert Dickinson.
