Booklet containing a copy of the minutes of a Public Meeting held on the 18th November 1902 to discuss the formation of a Boys Club 'to provide a place of recreation and improvement for poor and neglected lads'. It was convened by W. Alfred Gelder, Mayor and the motion was carried unanimously. Includes summarised biographies of Dr. Thomas Catherick Jackson LLD. (LOND) joint founder of Hull Boys' Club, and Thomas Harold Jackson Esq. O.B.E., M.A., (Cantab) appointed Patron to The Hull Boys' Club, list of Patrons , photographic portraits of presidents of the Club and the honorary secretaries, a list of Honorary Life Vice Presidents and Honorary Life Members, and a list of recipients of The Roy Waudby Memorial Award.
