Sharp, Mr Johnson's Office, 158 High Street, Hull: Works Committee; Rules Committee; County Sub-Committee; Refreshment Sub-Committee; Finance Committee; Professional (Engagement) Sub-Committee; General Purposes Committee; Asquith Sub-Committee.

Early minutes relate to plans for building works at the cricket ground and to the establishment of the club. Includes a list of the first Board of Directors stating their name, address and position/office and marking attendance of each at meetings. Note that a copy of the Hull Cricket Club Limited Rules is pasted into the volume at the end of minutes of a meeting held 22 Feb 1898.
