- This document outlines the aims and objectives of the Club, rules of membership which was restricted to retired business and professional men who live , or formerly worked, in the area. The Chairman and Vice-Chairman was to hold office for one year only and the Secretary and Treasurer for a maximum of 3 consecutive years. Meetings were held on the first Wed of every month (mid-morning coffee) and the third Wed of each month (luncheon). Subscriptions were set at £1 in the first year and income and expenditure accounts for the year ended 31 Mar were to be prepared annually by the Treasurer
