Expenditure shows breakdown of season concert accounts, bank charges, meeting expenses, affiliation subscriptions, honorariums, etc. Income shows subscriptions, donations, income tax recovered, interest, etc. The Society's Accounts were audited annually by Fawley Judge & Easton, Chartered Accountants in the period covered by the records in this subseries. The Statements of Account were prepared in advance of the Society's AGMs, copies were circulated with notices of AGMs, and were presented at AGMs. Note that this subseries is incomplete.
