ii) Copy circular sent by Rowland and Ethel Palmer as Joint General Secretaries of Hull CHA Club to club members, listing the officers and committee members elected on 19 Jul 1941, and notifying members of the introduction of emergency powers of the committee in the coming year owing to 'the difficult times under which we live', 2 Aug 1941
