This correspondence is between the Port of Hull Society & Sailors' Orphan Homes' Hon. Secretary John Young Esq and the passenger agent of the London and North Eastern Railway (LNER). It relates to the LNER's desire to place an excursion handbill board facing enclosed land on which the Sailor's Orphan Homes Registered Office stands and long-term rentals for LNER advertising boards.
