Agreement (indent)

Parties: (i )The Chairman and seven Commissioners under the Act of Improvement for Hull and Myton

(ii) The Hull Dock Co.

Consideration: the benefit to the Commissioners of a communication between Queen's Dock and Lowgate sewer to enable the sewer to be scoured

Agreement (i) to pay (ii) for the case of erecting and maintaining the sewer and for a 1/- per annum acknowledgement while it reamins in use.

Property: 124 Sq yards of land on the east side of Love Lane as shown on plan.
