Records relating to schools taken over from other school boards which were absorbed into the Hull area can be found at C SBC (Cottingham School Board) and C SBN (Newington School Board. Records for the years after the Hull School Board was abolished and taken over by Hull City Council can be found at C TED and within C TCE, and in the council minutes available on open access in the searchroom.
