Printed list compiled alphabetically by street with multiple column headings. It runs to 120 pages and is part of a government survey of unrepaired houses -those classified as C (b)-seriously damaged and needing human evacuation.

The list is accompanied by a letter from the War Damage Commission Regional Manager, Leeds, to the City Architect. The letter explians abbreviations used in the list. The list, it would appear, was originally compiled by the City Architects Department.
