- Form C.W.3. that was forwarded by the City Architect's Department of Hull City Council on the last day of each month to the Ministry of Health. It does not list individual houses but is a return of figures (including estimate of cost involved) relating to works of repair, conversions of premises into dwellings and adaptation of houses into tenements and the completion of unfurnished houses. It appears that these returns relate specifically to houses classified as C (b)- -seriously damaged and needing human evacuation. The lists are complete for the dates covered.
