Description:
2 printed lists compiled, under the War Damage Act, 1943-section 20, by area listing empty houses in the South East Area of Hull regardless of their damage classification. The first list is accommpanied by a memorandum from the City Engineer to the City Architect. It refers to the repair of properties classified as C (b)-seriously damaged and needing human evacuation. The repair of which can take place so long as the properties are not affected by road or industrial zone proposals. Those affected are noted adjacent to the address in the list.
