Like many other of the more modern committees, the power, duties and responsibilities of the Inner City Programme Special Committee were clearly defined from its inception. It's advisory powers and duties were to consider and recommend the form and content of the Inner City Programme and to consult as necessary with other statutory bodies and voluntary organisations. However, apart from records within the main committee series and any associated reports, there does not appear to be any additional records for this committee.
