Admin History:

At a meeting of the council in February 1915, it was agreed that a special committee be set up to consider and report back to the council as to the advisability of a grant being made by the corporation towards the cost of equipment for the newly raised Hull Volunteer Battalions. After it had reported back to council the committee was terminated.
