Admin History:
One of the first committees established by the new Corporation of Hull was to consider and seek opinion on the liability of the Corporation to secure the continuance of voluntary payments made to residents of various Common Hospitals and to certain members of the clergy within the town. Appointed in January 1836 the committee was wound up sometime after it had reported back in August, 1836.
