Bundle of papers relating to the transfer of the Marlborough Terrace building to the School Board in 1884. It then became a boys only Truant School. Prior to this it had housed both boys and girls. The papers include:
Lease from the Hull Ragged and Industrial Schools to the Kingston upon Hull School Board for seven years for a fee of five shillings per annum if demanded, all properties appertaining to the Marlbrough Terrace site.
