Admin History:

In 1940, former councillor, Sheriff and Lord Mayor of Hull Frank P. Finn, left money in his will for charitable work which resulted in the foundation and construction of 12 houses of rest for poor people in Boulton Grove in 1955. At least two-thirds had to be Roman Catholics. Between 1998 and 2000 the trust was amalgamated in to Pickering and Ferens Homes.
