Papers were created and collected in preparation for the meeting and include a letter of notice and agenda, minutes of the previous Trustees Ordinary Meeting held on 2 June 1997, reports regarding the chapel organ, Master's report, surveyor's report, investment portfolio, valuation and report as at 31 July 1997, possible expansion of the Charterhouse, as well as including a copy of minutes of the Governor's appointment panel dated 9 May 1997, and specification and schedule of works for remodelling kitchens and bathrooms in flats 40-43 at the Master's house. Also includes letters for discussion regarding property owned by the Charterhouse, remodelling of the flats at the Master's house, the chapel's smoke detectors, and gas safety regulations 1994, dated 16 November 1994.
