Gives details of young persons such as name, residence, date of employment and leaving, date of birth, date if certificate granted or refused. Please note that some fields are blank or have not been filled in. Details relating to accidents include date of accident, how caused, name of injured person, usual employment, occupation at the time of the accident, nature of injury and date person unable to work. Limewashing relates to dates limewashing undertaken, where and name of the person(s) whom the work was carried out by. Steam boilers relates to examination work. Also inlcuded are some insurance details though this relates to examination and correspondence.
