- This collection was held by Messers Lewenstein,Solicitors. Arthur Lewenstein was the Secretary of the Association during the 1930s. After his death in 1944 his father, John Lewenstein became Secretary. The records were passed to Dr Alan Harris on the understanding that he would deposit them with the Local Studies Library after using them to research his book: 'The Milk Supply of East Yorkshire 1850-1950'.
