The original copy of the account on which was based the Enclosure Award (1766) of the Cottingham meadows and pasture grounds. It details the allotments, the drainage tax collected for the first year. It also includes Copyhold Quit rents due Martinmas 1744 and Whitsuntide 1745, Composition tithes for strangers land in Cottingham 1731 and an entry stating 'Mr B B Haworth Value and Quantity July 28th 1800'
