Barnard, being trustees of Marriage Settlement of George, Viscount and Emma Viscountess Mount Edgcumbe and Valletort, conveyed on their behalf to Sir Richard Worsley certain burgage tenements in the borough of Newtown, Isle of Wight for £1000. That the purchase money was paid to W. M. alone but that L. B. Barnard joined in the receipt for conformity.
