Relating to messuage called Rise Garth Hall with barn, garden, two orchards and adjacent close of pasture. Cottage, close and 1/2 acre in Northgate; close called Louve Close; two parcels of woodground called Tennent (40 acres) in Eastwood and Littlewood; two bovates in le Southfield all in Walkington. Messuage and close in which it stands, close called Pease Field (30 acres), 10 selions called le Pease Field (30 acres), 10 selions called le Pease Field (30 acres), Close called le Little Seates, five buttes and one balk (three acres) in le Greate Maske all in Great Hatefield. Close called Whytefield alias Whitfield in Beverley and Molescrofte. Reversion of manor of Walkington: Died 15 Jun 1640. Edward Nelthropp aged one year and seven weeks, being his son and heir; and Catherine his widow. Taken at York Castle.
