Heirs being sister Anne widow of William Haddlesey gentleman (aged 72); sister Jane Greenbury widow (aged 40); niece Faith, wife of Reverend Matthew Levitt and daughter of sister Mary Tattersall, (aged 40); niece Susan wife of Matthew Hutton gentleman and daughter of sister Susan Hill (aged 38); and nephew John (Corance) son of sister Katherine C.
