Manor house with closes called Connye Garthes and Hopriddinges; the Connye Warren Howse with the Connye Warren (and the right of keeping and killing conies, and collecting strays), the Newe Close adjoining, a woody close called Shipperd Paddock Myer: Recites leases of premises to J. P. by Arthur Robinson of London merchant (24 Sep 1603 as U DDBH/3/76) and by Christian Aske of Ryther Lodge, widow of John A. esquire (15 Apr 1606); and an assignment by J. P. to W. H.
