A fifth part of Court Garth Close, Alice Hill Cottage and Close, Rye Close, close called Rainthorp alias Raventhorp, Great and Little Lamb Garths, croft on W. side of Church Lane, Swine Garth, 6 selions called the Hills, 2 flatts in Deerskip, a land and 4 crofts in Cherry Burton; and of a parcel on which 2 cottages stood, on W. side of Lady Gate and Spittle House Close in Without North Bar in Beverley: Superseding Marriage Settlement of J. & A.A. (25 September 1779), which is recited. With covenants to levy a Final Concord, surrender copyhold lands and assign personal estates, 2 August 1781 Attached is relevant Final Concord: for £60: William Middleton and Rev.
