Blew Bell Inn on E. of Saturday Market Place --: Recites that William Fowler acts under Letter of Attorney from Henry Hellard of H.M.S. 'Garnsey' mariner (dated 11 March 1696/7); that the inn, then in tenure of Dorothy Martin widow, had grown very ruinous and likely to fall down; and that William Fowler has laid out £9, and E.F. £76, on repairs.
