(b) Settlement by H.K. the father, prior to marriage with F.S. (then Frances Gibson), 30 July 1657

(c) That the premises were forfeited to W.B. under U DDCV2/51/4 (a)

(d) Demise by W.B. to Frances (Kitching of Waxholme widow) for 15 years at £24 rent, 8 August 1662

(e) Covenant by W.B. to convey to her for her life, and then to her son John Kitching, 8 August 1662
