- That in a lease (27 April 1661) to him from the Savoy Hospital of the manor of and property in Aclome (as U DDEV/1/13, Now Bunne Garth and Cripson Garth), for 21 years at £5. 8. 8d. rent, he acted as trustee for Sir Phillip Constable, James Blackbeard, Josias Prickett and others. Further to a Chancery suit between Sir P.C., plaintiff and J.B., J.P. and others, defendants; and a recited agreement (11 April 1661) between Charles Wilford, on behalf of Sir P.C., and George Prickett on behalf of the defendants.
