As security, he grants to them an annual rent of £4. 19. 2d. out of lands in Warter called Blanch: Witn. Fran. Watts, Edw. Blodley, William Moasdell, Henry Hamound, 24 March 1633/4. Attached is a Receipt for £22. 6s. paid by Sir E.O. to Sir P.S. being a composition for that portion of the rent due from Seaton, 25 March 1634
