i) Thomas, Earl of Danby and his wife Bridget, Countess of Danby, their son and heir Edward Osborn, Lord Latimer, and his wife Lady Elizabeth (daughter of Simon Bennett) ii) Veer Bertie and Arthure Fleetwood, esqs iii) Simon Bennett, Ralph Lee, Charles Bartie and Charles Osborn : further to marriage of Lord and Lady Latimer and for her marriage portion of £15,000: manors of Thorp Salvin, Harthill (called Sandfords Manor), Woodhall, Keveton and Seaton Ross. Capital messuage called Wailes Woodhall. Rectories of Seaton and Houghton (Aughton). And all other property of the Earl and Countess in Yorkshire except a wood called Norwood and a yearly rent of £125 from the manor of Aston. Fee farm rents issuing from the Principality of Wales in cos. Montgomery, Pembroke, and Carmarthen; and out of cos. Lincs., Notts. and Yorks. (i.e. Pontefract, Leeds Mills, Leeds Parks, Tick Hill Mills, Langton Manor and Phipping Park)
