With rent of £32 reserved by a lease of the premises for 21 years made by John Lambert and John Jackman, citizens and grocers of London to John Sturtyvant of Newarke upon Trent, grocer and wife Thomasyn (22 August 1576); which lease was conveyed to E.F. by Humfrey Lambert, son of J.L.
