- Reciting a Final Concord: Adam de Everyngham of Laxton, plaintiff and Nicholas de Skalton, clerk, deforceant: moiety of manor of Westburgh: To hold to Adam for life, with remainder to his son Adam and wife Joan and his heirs (9 February 1332/3). Sir William Elys and wife Joan and John de Ayton and wife Katherine (Joan and Katherine being next of kin and heirs of Adam the son) have now informed that Adam the father, Adam the son and wife Joan are all dead; and that Sir Reginald de Everyngham has entered on the moiety of the manor and holds it contrary to the Final Concord. He is to be summoned to shew cause why Joan and Katherine should not have the premises
