Description:
Conditional on performance by J.P. of the covenants relating to the foundation of the chantry, and on payment by him of 400 marks to Elizabeth, widow of Sir Thomas de Fulnetby, as in U DDEV/50/6. Given at Westrasen, Monday [ ] 46 Ed. III. Damaged. 5 seals, (i) ecclesiastical, an architectural frame containing (St. Catherine and St. Peter?), the Virgin and Child above, damaged; (ii) armorial, within an architectural frame, a shield bearing a bird (popinjay?) within a bordure engrailed illegible; (iii) 'R' (iv and v) a rose (?)
