Business of Mr. Burke and the Fleming's; suggests applying to the Lord Deputy for a letter of recommendation to the King 'for some proportione of the Plantation'; reference to 'Lord Mountnorrice disaster' and to establishment of a High Commission for ecclesiastical affairs in Ireland, 'the Catholickes are much afrayd of it but... it is rather intended against the puritans'; suggests employing a boy who came out of Flanders with Father Dillon, to wait on Lord Maxwell; asks for one of the Earl's suits ('frizada [ ] lying unused.... become mouldie') as a Lent suit
