Asking him to inform a meeting at Edinburgh from the shires and burghs of Scotland that he has sent one, Thomas Gumble, to Parliament to propose that Scotland should enjoy equality with England; and to move the meeting that all arrears of cess from shires and burghs be paid to the Receiver - General immediately.
