(a) R. & G.B. to have the East Division consisting of a moiety of the manor and of rents of 2s.1d. from Sir Ralph Milbank out of the William Ruddings and of 6d. by the rector of Escrick for an Inclosure called Priest Croft taken out of Deighton Common.
