T.P. to give T.I. £40, a pair of new looms, a pair of walker shears, 2 beds and their furniture, and a cloth press. T.P. to find suitable raiment for Grace at wedding day. T.I. and Grace to live in T.P.'s house at Bollinge, with meat, drink and lodging, for one year after the marriage (or be paid £10 if T.I. gives them notice to leave) and another year thereafter (or be paid £6.13.4 similarly). T.P. to leave Grace one third of his goods and chattels at his death; and to settle on her an annuity of £6.13.4d. from his estate in Maninghame held of the manor of Bradford: Witn. Edward Whitikars, Thomas Savile, Willm Pollarde, Peter Barrelle, Willm Walker, Samuel Taylor.
