John Rokeby of Kirksandalle, esq. having died seised of lands in Thorne alias Thornegunbald (held of the Crown) and in Ottryngham (held of W.H.); his wife Dorothy since having born a daughter Marie; and Raulf Rokebie, serjeant at law, having a grant of the wardship and marriage of Marie and of Cateryne and Johane Rokeby (daughters of Henry, dec'd. brother of R.R. and heirs of Marie): At the request of R.R. and for £10, William Hussey conveys to George Gale all his interest in the premises during the minority of Marie
