- J. & J.M. having conveyed to T.T. by Lease & Release (as U DDLG/33/92) Bentley Croft & 4 oxgangs (as U DDLG/33/31) and a messuage, cottage & 3 oxgangs for £160 in all (of which £80 has been paid), but being unable to prove a clear title to the premises; they covenant to produce a clear title within 3 months and execute any further assurances necessary, on which T.T. will pay the remaining £80. If they cannot do so, they will repay the £80 already paid: Witn. Tho. Langley senr. & jnr., Hen. Justice.
