All claims and actions: Recites that she has joined in sale of lands at Sewerby (for £1600 - as U DDLG/30/223 - U DDLG/30/225?) charged with a rent charge of £100 for her jointure; that a great part of the £1600 has been used to repay debts charged on the estate, another part put to uses of H.C.; and residue is in hands of E.C.; that remaining part of the father's estate unsold does not amount to £90 yearly, and has been charged with annuity of £45 during life of John Covert late Cornet in Royal Regt. of Dragoons commanded by Earl of Strafford (which post is now enjoyed by H.C.); and that her rent charge of £100 is reduced to £40.
