Driffield yeoman & wife Jane: 2 cottages (now one house) & maltkiln; cottage formerly in several tenements, 3 oxgangs, moiety of closes called the Firth and Bowlands, and 2 land ends in Hall Garth Leys formerly part of Buck Flatt: To use of J. & E.H. for lives, then to W.H. for life, then to M.M. and J.E. as tenants in common, 22 June 1751
