Description:
(i) Leonard Belt of London wax-chandler (younger son of Robert B. of Bossall gent., who was son & heir of Jesper B. of Picklington by his wife Jane, all dec'd.) (ii) Robert B. of Bossall esq. (elder son of Robert B. the father) (iii) Goodeth B. (widow of Robert B. the father and mother of L. & R.B. (iv) Elizabeth B. spinster (only daughter of Robert B. the father) to (v) trustees Francis Langley attorney and William Mawde gent. both of York: Arnest Farm (i.e. messuage, orchard, hempgarth, garden, Great Close, Hawkin Close, Grass Garth, Kettle Bothoms, North Close, 2 Linley Closes, Lambert Close); Lillywood and Wyth Closes: Recites Will of Robert B. the father (16 January 1689/90) bequeathing property in Pocklington, Kilnwick Percy and Kilnwick; and the sale of the property at Kilnwick Percy and Kilnwick to Sir Edmond Anderson (28/29 March 1711).
