Pages 1 - 103 - Perambulation by a named jury. The manor being divided into 7 precincts, each usually the area lying between two roads out of the village (e.g. the sixth lies between Walsyngham Wey North, and Hyndryngham Weye South East, and abuts on the village of Hyndryngham West or South West). Details of the furlongs within each precinct are given, and of each man's holdings in them, 3 May 1576

Pages 104 - 461 - Survey of enclosed pastures; arable; demesnes; meadows; woods and heath in the manor. The holdings of each tenant are then specified. Areas by estimation, 4 May 1576

Page 106 - A note that Edward Paston esq., then lord of the manor, not knowing with certainty the area of his lands (since the areas were only estimated in the survey), had them accurately measured at the rate of 16 1/2 feet to a perch, the true measurements added, March 1581/2
