- (i) John Birch Serjeant at Law and George Townsend the younger of Lincoln's Inn county Middlesex Esq. (ii) Henry Harcourt of Pendley county Hertford Esq. and Sarah Frances his wife (iii) Richard Harcourt of the Inner Temple London Esq. Recites Act of Parliament (at U DDSQ(4)/5/1) by which reversion in fee simple of Manor of Nottingbarnes expectant on death of Elizabeth then Viscountess Harcourt was vested in (i) on trust for raising £3000 for the daughters and younger sons of (ii) to the use of (iii). EH had died on 16 June 1724: £3000 now paid by (iii) to (i) thus discharging the debt
