d) 54 Grosvenor Street, London, 5 May 1884: wishes to amend bequests in his will to be given to John Smales, his nieces ‘the three Miss Cholmondeleys’ and his nephew Captain Cholmondeley; asks him to see Hughes about the ‘large outstanding rents’
