Further to marriage of G. & D.P.For £900 to G.P.: site of Nunburnholme Priory with barn, buildings, Little Garth, water corn mill; closes called Hither Bottoms, Farr Bottoms, Twenty Nobles Close, Four Nobles Close, West Trees, the Spring, Calf Close, and Lair Crofts; meadow called the Wreas, pasture for 400 sheep on Kipling Coats and 12 oxgangs, all in Nunburnholme. A fifth part of estates in Sandall, Saltmarsh, Skelton, Methley and Owlton which descended to R.P. as one of five daughters of Leonard Thompson of York esq.; with another fifth part of the same lately purchased by G.P. from Elizabeth Brearey of York widow, another daughter of L.T.: Witn.
