A carucate in Sutton upon Derwent (i.e. 46 1/2ac. in le Riddynges in the South Field ('le Suechaumpe') 19ac. in the North Field ('le Northchaump') and 6ac. in the East Field ('le Estchaump')); le maners in donor's park; the pasture ('le laund') of Farneforth; the little meadow and the pasture towards Holbeck Moure as it lies before 'le maner' and enclosed with ditches; the pasture at the end of the park ('about de park') as it is bounded by the ditch of le Halsted 'qe se donn entravers le park': Rendering 6 marks silver to R. de P. for his life, and a rose thereafter to his heirs, yearly. Witn. Sir Gerard Salveyn, Sir William de Moreres, Sir Thomas Burdon, Piers de Staynford, Brian de Burdon, Richard Bustard, John de Hautrerey.
