- All profits in Thirnom (from pinding, agistment, affrays, assise of bread and ale, felonies and all other profits of courts) whether presented in W.G.'s court of Burton Anneys or in W.S.'s court of Harpham to be divided equally between their lives and lives of Johane, wife of W.G., and Elizabeth, wife of W.S. Each to appoint a pinder, to present in court of his master (taking 1/2d. for every beast, horse or swine; 1/2d. for every 5 geese, and 1/2d. for every 10 sheep pinded belonging to tenants of Burton Anneys, Harpham, Thornam and Crauncemore). W. St. Q. have 5d. rent yearly from William Canon for his tenement in Thyrnom. W. & J.G. to have lordship of Burton Anneys and Burton Mor for their lives quit of W. & E. St. Q. W. & E. St. Q. to have pasture there for all manner of beasts for them and their tenants (except several grounds) 'whiche have bene used to be keped several' from mid March to Nativity B.V.M. (i.e. 8 September) and to have common in open time there 'where they be not sawen'. W.& Ec. St. Q. to have waifs, strays, affrays, asistments and 'dryfte of catell in Harpham and Crauncemore. W & J.G. to have common of pasture in Crauncemore as before. The arbitrators to settle any further disputes. W.G. not to have homage or suit of court for lands which he claims W. St. Q holds of him.
